Self worth means different things to different people, for me it’s about knowledge and love. If you can build knowledge and do everything with love, you are on your way to knowing your self worth.
Knowledge! Always keep learning. Learn from the young, the old, the rich, the poor. Explore and travel, have life experiences. Have stories to tell and knowledge to relay. Having knowledge of different things, may well create a situation for you or even get you out of a sticky one.
Knowledge Is power! And that power will give you the worth to own a situation.
Each of us learn in different ways, some need to read, some need to watch, I say just go do it. Sign up to that course you’ve been meaning to take, book that holiday you’ve been thinking of. We are very good at over thinking and talking ourselves out of doing something. Don’t do it. Always be looking whats next. What new things can I learn, or try.
The most exciting thing is the people you learn from and meet on the way. Each person on our journey influences or enhances you in some way, shape or form. weather it be negative or positive we can still learn and grow from that experience.
Don’t be afraid to try new things
Love in every aspect. Love who you are, we are all unique. Different personalities are drawn together, Some people will love you while others dislike you, we can never win them all. As Humans we always seek recognition. Don’t waste your time, with people or situations where you don’t feel purpose or fulfilment. Love the people you surround yourself with, be yourself. If you are not accepted for who you are move on.
Love your Body it’s in it for the long haul. Where you go your body goes eat well, exercise, sleep and take a break.
I am passionate about nature and a natural way. Nature can offer all you need. In this modern society we are very far removed from a natural way and so bogged down with life we forget to appreciate what is on offer.
Love life, love nature and love yourself by eating clean natural unprocessed food your body will thankyou. Love your appearance and hold yourself with confidence. Make time to exercise it releases endorphins and these are nature’s happy pill go over dose. Time, just make time, there is always time to do what you want to do.
To know your self worth and find your inner peace is hard, but enjoy the journey to realisation.
